Atom Medical Corporation and Philips Healthcare entered into the distributorship agreement in the markets of United States and three major European countries.

Atom Medical Corporation entered into the distributorship agreement with Philips Healthcare in the markets of the United States, the United Kingdom, 　France, and German on November 18th, 2010 to expand their relationship to serve customers with a more complete portfolio of perinatal care solutions.

Thus Philips will start sales of our products related to neonatal intensive care unit including our main products such as infant incubator and infant radiant warmer across the United States and three major European countries.

While the sales in other areas represented by our existing distributors remain the same, we do expect that the integration with Philips’s market supremacy and strong selling system will strengthen the sales and enrich the service to our customers.
